A nyári pihenő után, a szezont az U17-U19-es korosztályunk alapozásával kezdtük meg a VSD Homoksport Központban, azaz a Fóti úti Sportcentrum területén található homokos pályánkon. A felkészülés a többi korosztályunkkal együtt – a balatoni edzőtáborban – folytatódott, ahol egy hetes edzőtáborban vettek részt a csapatok. Napi szintű edzések, kiváló körülmények tették emlékezetessé ezt a hetet, amely tényleg nagyon pozitívan élmény maradt mindenki számára, mind az edzésmunka, mind a hangulat szempontjából. A hazautazás után sem álltunk meg, egyből folytatódott is a munka itt Dunakeszin, ezúttal már teremben.
Felkészülten álltunk neki a szeptembernek, amely már bőven tartogatott eseményeket csapataink számára, sőt, néhány csapatunk valódi sikerekkel is büszkélkedhet. Az U13-mas korosztályunk Szolnokon debütált, ahol mindkét csapatunk elhozta az arany érmet és hihetelenül büszkék voltunk rájuk a nyújtott teljesítményért és az elért első helyezésért. Az U15 csapatunk az UTE pályán, egy felkészülési tornán vett részt, ahol az UTE csapatát 3:1-es arányban győzte le. Nem is álltak meg itt, hiszen a hétvégén már az első országos bajnokságukra készülnek. És végezetül a legnagyobbak: U17- U19 csapatunk is készül a jövő heti bajnoki fordulójára, az UTE és az MTK csapataival edzőmeccseket játszanak. Reméljük, hogy további szép sikereket érnek el csapataink!
